Yes. All reservations require a signed rental agreement before the stay is fully confirmed.

For direct bookings, we accept Venmo, PayPal, or credit card.

✦ What is the cancellation policy?

Fifty percent of the total booking charges will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival.

For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
