Before You Book
✦ Where can I book Hirsch Haus?
You can book directly through our website, Airbnb, Vrbo, or by contacting us for availability and booking details.
✦ Is a rental agreement required?
Yes. All reservations require a signed rental agreement before the stay is fully confirmed.
✦ What payment methods do you accept?
For direct bookings, we accept Venmo, PayPal, or credit card.
✦ What is the cancellation policy?
Fifty percent of the total booking charges will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

✦ What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
✦ Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Depending on availability and the cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate requests. Please contact us before arrival.
During Your Stay
✦ Are pets allowed?
No. Hirsch Haus is a no-pet property.
✦ Are parties or events allowed?
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted without prior written approval.
✦ Are children welcome?
Yes. Hirsch Haus is designed for families and groups to gather comfortably.

✦ Is there a hot tub or sauna?
The hot tub and sauna are coming Winter 2026.
✦ Is there a pool on the property?
No. There is no pool on the property.
Mountain Travel
✦ How close is Hirsch Haus to Mount Snow?
Hirsch Haus is approximately 8 minutes from Mount Snow depending on weather and road conditions.
✦ Do I need a 4WD vehicle in winter?
We strongly recommend arriving with a winter-ready vehicle and appropriate tires.
Guest Services
✦ Can you recommend local services?
Yes. We are happy to share local services including ski delivery, baby gear rentals, lake rentals, flower delivery, and transportation options.
✦ What if I leave something behind?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for shipping costs related to returning lost items.
