Spaces that invite connection and comfort

A warm, welcoming retreat designed for connection, comfort, and memorable moments  surrounded by nature and thoughtfully laid out for families and groups.

A Home That Gathers People Together

The main living level is open, bright, and inviting, designed to bring everyone together. The living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect spot for cozy evenings after a day outdoors. The dining area and kitchen flow seamlessly from the living space, making it easy to cook, gather, and linger over meals.

Large windows and doors connect the interior to the outdoors, opening onto a spacious deck with mountain views — ideal for morning coffee, fresh air, and relaxed evenings.

Kitchen at the Heart of the Home

The kitchen is both beautiful and highly functional, designed for real cooking and shared moments. A standout feature is the chef-style stove with a built-in center griddle, perfect for pancakes, family breakfasts, and easy group meals.

This is a space made for slow mornings, cooking together, and enjoying the simple rituals of being away.

Thoughtful Sleeping Spaces

The home offers a comfortable and flexible sleeping layout designed for families and groups.

The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, features a king-size bed and offers privacy and convenience just steps from the kitchen and living areas.

Upstairs, there are two guest bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed.

Also upstairs is a large open loft designed as a fun, flexible space for younger guests. The loft features bunk beds, making it the perfect “younger crew” area for cousins, siblings, and friends to play, relax, and sleep together.

This layout allows everyone to spread out while still feeling connected.

Lower Level: Après-Ski & Movie Lounge

The walk-out lower level is designed for relaxation and fun. This space features a built-in bar and a spacious lounge perfect for movie nights, games, or unwinding after a day on the slopes. With direct outdoor access, it adds flexibility and space for everyone to enjoy.

A dedicated laundry room on this level is available for guest use, making longer stays comfortable and convenient.

Designed for Every Season

The home includes two entrances to support all types of stays:

A winter-ready mudroom entrance for skis, boots, and outdoor gear

A main front entrance for easy summer access

The layout supports both ski weekends and warm-weather getaways with ease.

A Private, Enchanted Setting

Set on five private acres, the home feels tucked away in an enchanted forest. Although there are neighboring homes nearby, the surrounding woods create a strong sense of privacy once you arrive.

From inside the home, you’re surrounded by trees, and from the deck, you’ll enjoy peaceful mountain views. The setting is serene, quiet, and deeply connected to nature — a place where you can truly relax and unplug.
